Learned counsel for the Revision Petitioner submitted that the

sole Revision Petitioner Mr.G. Venkatraman died during the pendency of

this Criminal Revision. Thus, she prayed that this Criminal Revision may

be abated.

Mr.A.Gopinath, learned Govt. Advocate (crl.side) has also

confirmed this fact on the instructions received from the concerned Police

¶26

Station. He has also produced the death certificate dated 14.02.2024, in

¶27

which, it has been clearly mentioned that the sole Revision Petitioner

¶28

namely, G.Venkatraman, Son of Gopal Chettiyar died on 04.02.2024. The
