This Criminal Revision Case has been filed to setaside the order dated 26.12.2023 in Crl.A.No.12/2022 on the file of the Sessions Judge of Magalir Neethimandram (FTMC), Udhagamandalam, The Nilgiris, Confirmed the order dated 05.04.2022 in STC.No.50/2017 by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Fast track Court, magisterial Level at Coonoor.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner and the respondent would state that pending this revision, the petitioner and the respondent settled the issue amicably. The learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the respondent filed a Joint Memo duly signed by the parties and their respective counsel and respondent also filed affidavit stating that he is not willing to proceed the case further. Hence, the learned counsel appearing for both sides submitted that the Criminal revision may be disposed of in terms of Joint Memo and affidavit.
