The petitioner / Accused, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent Police for the offences under Sections 331(4) and 305(a) of BNS, 2023 in Crime No.947 of 2024 on the file of the respondent Police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent Police submitted that the petitioner was arrested on 31.12.2024.

3.Recording the above said submission, the Criminal Original Petition stands closed.
