2.The case of the prosecution is that the defacto complainant's minor son Hari Prakash, who was employed in the petitioner's company was electrocuted and died on 06.10.2025. Hence, the apprehension of arrest. Hence, a case has been registered as against the petitioner.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case and the petitioner has not committed any offence. He seeks this Court to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) appearing for the respondent submitted that the offences committed by the petitioner are serious in nature.

5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner with certain conditions.

6.Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail in the event of arrest or on his appearance, on condition that the petitioner shall execute a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the Learned District Munsif Cum Judicial Magistrate, Papanasam, within a period of fifteen days from the date on which the order copy made ready and on further conditions that:

[a]the petitioner and the sureties shall affix their photographs and left thumb impression in the surety bond and the Magistrate may obtain a copy of their Aadhaar card or bank pass book to ensure their identity.

[b]the petitioner shall take a Demand Draft (DD) for a sum of Rs. 1,00,000/- (Rupees One Lakh only) in favour of the victim's father and submit the Demand Draft before the Investigating Officer.

[c]the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., for a period of two weeks and thereafter, as and when required.

[d]the petitioner shall not tamper with the evidence or witness either during investigation or trial.

¶35

[e]the petitioner shall not abscond either during investigation or trial.

¶36

[f]On breach of any of the aforesaid conditions, the learned Magistrate/Trial Court is entitled to take appropriate action against the petitioner in accordance with law as if the conditions have been imposed and
