The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), on instructions, would submit that the investigation is completed and a final report has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.III, Tirunelveli through e-filing and the same is yet to be taken on file.

In view of the same, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous with liberty to the petitioners to challenge the final report, if so advised. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
