This petition has been filed praying to direct the second respondent to file a final report in Crime No.466 of 2024 before the Judicial Magisrate, Radhapuram, Tirunelveli District within a stipulated period

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the

learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent police.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), on instructions,

would submit that the investigation in Crime No.466 of 2024 is almost over and the final report will be filed within a period of two months.
