This Criminal Original Petition is filed to quash the First Information Report (FIR) in Crime No.293 of 2023 pending on the file of the first respondent police.

Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first respondent-Police, on instructions, submitted that on completion of investigation in Crime No.293 of 2023, charge sheet has been filed on 25.03.2024 through e-filing vide e-filing No.LTN20220002162C0202500193 before the Judicial Magistrate Court No.I, Thittagudy and the same has been taken on file in P.R.C.No.12 of 2025.
