This petition has been filed by A3 seeking to quash the F.I.R.No.189/2023 dated 19.07.2023 registered by the 1^st respondent Police for the offences punishable under Sections 409, 420, 465, 467, 468, 471 and 120B of I.P.C, based on the complaint given by the 2^nd respondent.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of the Yes Bank Limited. He has no role to play in offences and his name has been unnecessarily dragged in this issue. There is no specific averments as against the petitioner.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the 1^st respondent would submit that the petitioner is the M.D. and C.E.O of the Yes Bank Limited. Though he was arrayed as A3 in the FIR, during the course of investigation, it was found that he has no involvement in the offence. Therefore,

the respondent police has deleted his name in the Final Report. The Final Report deleting his name will be filed soon.
