This petition has been filed to issue direction to the

respondent police herein to recover the unregistered new motor bikes which is involved in the crime No.15 of 2022 on the file of the District Crime Branch, Vellore and hand over the same to the concerned Court.

On instruction, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side)

submitted that all the motorcycles were handed over to the same purchasers on receipt of the entire sale consideration and the same has been paid to the defacto complainant. Further, the investigate officer completed the investigation in Crime No.15 of 2022 on the file the third respondent and filed final report.
