This Criminal Original petition has been filed to direct the respondents 1

and 2 to produce the certified copies of the documents for the schedule property

made in the annexure to the petition before the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Tiruppur concerned in Crl.MP.No.8191/2024 to enable the Court to

pass appropriate order for taking over possession of the property.

When the case was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing

¶35

for the respondents 1 and 2 has filed a counter stating that on the date when the

¶36

petitioner applied for the certified copy of the documents, the documents were

¶37

in the custody of the CBI. The charge sheet had been returned on 29.11.2024, which was re-presented again through e-filing mode on 23.04.2025, and the documents have since been produced before the Court. As on date, the

¶38

documents have become custodia legis, being part of the case documents,

although the case was investigated by the CBI. In such circumstances, she

submits that the petitioners must apply for copies of the documents before the
