This Criminal Original Petition is filed to expedite the

investigation in Crime No.140 of 2023 pending on the file of the second respondent-Police and file a final report within a stipulated period of

time.

2 . It is seen from the records that F.I.R in Crime No.140 of 2023 was registered on 18.06.2023, however, the second respondent-Police has not filed the Final Report till date.

3. Since the investigation is pending from 2023, the second respondent-Police is directed to expedite the investigation in Crime No.140 of 2023 and file the final report within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
