Today, when the matter came up for hearing, the learned counsel for the

petitioner has produced a copy of the order dated 15.09.2025 in Crl.O.P.No.25368 of 2025, and submitted that this Court had granted stay of further proceedings of the case in connection with Crime No.4 of 2025 on the file of the respondent police herein.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, Puducherry, appearing

for the respondent has also fairly conceded the said submissions made by the

learned counsel for the petitioners.

3. Considering the above submissions, I am of the view that there is

no apprehension of arrest of the petitioners herein and that no further order is necessary in this petition. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition stands closed.
