respondent would submit that this Court had already granted interim anticipatory bail to the petitioner on 22.08.2024, with a condition to deposit a sum of Rs.70,00,000/- (Rupees Seventy Lakh only) to the credit of Crime No.8 of 2023. Subsequently, this condition was modified on 14.11.2024, requiring the petitioner to pay a sum of Rs.40,00,000/-. However, the
