When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner in all the petitions would submit that since the final report has been filed, he is not pressing the petitions for cancellation of bail. However, he would request this Court to direct the learned Trial Judge to conclude the trial, within a stipulated period since the charge sheet was filed in the year 2015.

2.In view of the judgment of the Hon'ble Supreme Court, no such

direction can be issued. However, the learned Judge may consider and dispose of the case, as expeditiously as possible, considering the fact that the charge sheet was filed in the year 2015.
