O R D E R This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the proceedings pending as against the petitioner is concerned in C.C.No.2353 of 2019 pending on the file of Mahila Court at Magisterial Level, Coimbatore as far as the petitioner is concerned.

2. Totally there are 6 accused in this case and the petitioner herein is arrayed as A2. The facts of the case is that A1 pretended himself as a rich man and married many women. On enquiry it was found that the petitioner and other accused were running a matrimonial office in the name Mettioli and they projected that A1 is a rich man. Believing the same the second respondent herein married A1 and thereafter it was found that she was cheated by A1. Hence, she lodged a F.I.R against the petitioner and four others in Crime No.115 of 2018 for the offences under Section 120(B), 406,420 & 109 of I.P.C and final report was filed in C.C.No.2353 of 2019 before the Mahila Court at Magisterial Level, Coimbatore. To quash the same the petitioner has filed the present petition.

3.The learned Government Advocate appearing for the first respondent submitted that P.W.1 has been examined and the case is posted for examination of further witnesses.

4.In such view of the matter as substantial evidence is on record, only

the trial Court has to appreciate the evidence and find out whether the charges have been made out or not. Hence, the question of quashing the case in C.C.No.2353 of 2019 pending on the file of Mahila Court at Magisterial Level, Coimbatore does not arise.

5. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.

Consequently the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
