Sasikala, who apprehended arrest in Crime No.63 of 2025 (CCB-Land Grabbing, Avadi City Police, Tiruvallur District) for offences punishable under Sections 465, 468, 467 and 420 I.P.C. The complaint by one Viswanath alleged forgery and grabbing of valuable property near Thirumizhasai Village through fake title documents and power of attorney; a further power of attorney was stated to have been executed in favour of Arunachalam, pursuant to which the property was sold to third parties. 2.It is a case of forgery in respect of valuable property near Thirumizhasai Village and specific complaint been lodged by one Viswanath alleging that his property been grabbed by the accused persons by creating fake title documents and power of attorney. The petitioner herein is the power of attorney was executed another power of attorney in favour of Arunachalam in respect of the property and sold to third parties.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the Principal of the petitioner namely Vadivudai Ammal, Tamizharasai, Senthil Nayakam and Sivagama Sundari are all true owners of the property obtained through a decree for partition.

4.However, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) submits that summons issued to these persons revealed that Senthil Nayagam and Vadivudai Ammal died whereas Tamizharasi and Sivagama Sundari inspite of receiving summons to appear for enquiry has not turned up to produce documents. The petitioner herein has not received summons from the Police and the enquiry reveals that she is somewhere in Rajasthan without participating in the investigation.

5.The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in Chennai and any time she is ready to participate in the enquiry.

7.On perusing the record and the allegations made against the petitioner, it is evident that a thorough investigation is necessary regarding the power of attorney executed in favour of the petitioner, by the so called Vadivudai Ammal, Tamizharasai, Senthil Nayakam and Sivagama Sundari. Without securing them, the investigation in the case of impersonation and forgery cannot be proceeded. Hence, petition for anticipatory bail stands dismissed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
