The petitioner had filed a complaint as against the respondent

before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Bhavani in STC.No.8 of 2023. Since the same has not been considered by the said Court, the petitioner filed this present petition.

Considering the limited prayer sought for in this petition, the

learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Bhavani, is directed to complete the Trial in STC.No.8 of 2023, within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, if not already disposed of.
