PRAYER :- To relax the condition imposed on the petitioners by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.6638 of 2025 dated 22.04.2025.

ORDER : The Court Made the following order :-

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P(MD)No.6638 of 2025, dated 22.04.2025.

The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners have

been complying with the condition imposed by this Court and he prays for relaxation of the said condition.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition regularly.

Considering the nature of offence and the fact that the petitioners have complied with the condition regularly, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD)No.6638 of 2025, dated 22.04.2025, is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police twice in a month i.e. On the 1^st and 15^th day of every month at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.
