ORDER:- This Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Thiru. K.Sivabalan, Advocate for the Petitioner and of Thiru. A.S.Abul Kalam Azad, Government Advocate for the 1^st and 2^nd Respondents and none appeared either in person or by Advocate for 3^rd Respondent, this Court made the following order:

This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.A(MD) No.354 of 2025, dated 26.03.2025, in and by which, the petitioner was directed to report before the respondent police twice a day.

2.The learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the respondent submits that the petitioner is complying with the condition from 31.03.2025.

3.In view of the above, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the trial Court, namely, I Additional District and Sessions Judge(PCR), Trichy, on all the hearings, without filing an application under Section 355 of BNSS, 2023 (317 of Cr.P.C.,).
