This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in the order passed by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD). No.3234 of 2025, dated 20.02.2025.

Mr.S.Ramsundarvijayraj, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, submits

that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly and he prays for relaxation of the said condition.

Mr.S.S.Manoj, learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent-Police submits that the petitioner has complied with the condition regularly without any violation.
