This petition is filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner, by this Court in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.2874 of 2025 in Crl.A.(MD)No.279 of 2025, by order dated

This Court, while suspending the sentence on 11.03.2025 in Crl.M.P.(MD) No.2874 of 2025, directed the petitioner to stay at Trichy and report before the Inspector of Police, Fort Police Station, Trichy, daily at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent Police submit that the petitioner is regularly complying with the condition from 24.03.2025.

Considering the fact that the petitioner is regularly complying with the condition from 24.03.2025, this Court is inclined to modify the condition imposed in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.2874 of 2025.

Accordingly, this petition is allowed and the condition is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the trial Court once in a month, i.e. on the first working day of every English Calender month at 10.30 a.m., till the disposal of the appeal.
