Petition filed under Section 528 of BNSS 2023, learned I Additional District Judge (PCR Court) Karur, to accept the surrender of the petitioner and consider his bail application on the same day on merits in relating to Crime No.58 of 2025 dated 12.02.2025 on the file of the respondent police.
ORDER:- This Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr. A. Thiyagarajan, Advocate for the Petitioner and of Mr. R.M. Anbunithi, Additional Public Prosecutor for the 1st and 2nd respondents, this Court made the following order:
“This petition is listed under the caption 'for Amendment'.
2.Learned Counsel for the petitioner would submit that the case is pending before the Principal District and Sessions Judge (PCR Court), Karur, but in the order it is wrongly mentioned as 1st Additional District Judge (PCR Court), Karur. Therefore, the above said typographical error has to be corrected.
3.This Court also perused the records.
4.Learned Additional Public Prosecutor also has no objection to allow
this petition, since the case is pending before the Principal District and Sessions https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis
