Petitioner seeks time to file an application before the trial Court for the certified copy of the judgment made in C.C.No.460 of 2012 dated 11.12.2020 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate Court, Theni, Theni District. He further submits that as and when the certified copy is obtained by the Revision Petitioner, the same will be produced before this Court by way of supplementary affidavit and in this regard, he prays four weeks time to file the certified copy of the said judgment.

Revision Petitioner, this Court grants four weeks time to produce the certified copy of the judgment made in C.C.No.460 of 2012 dated 11.12.2020 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate Court, Theni, Theni District. On such production, Registry is directed to number the Criminal Revision Petition, if it is otherwise in order and put up the Criminal Revision Petition “For Admission” on 02.12.2025 before the appropriate Bench.
