The accused was convicted for the offence under Section 302 IPC. At the time of suspending the sentence, this Court vide order dated 25.06.2025, directed the petitioner to stay at Nagercoil and report before the Inspector of Police, Kottar Police Station, daily at 10.30 a.m. without fail. Subsequently, on 07.08.2025, the said condition was modified to the effect that the petitioner shall stay at Madurai and report before the Inspector of Police, Othakadai Police Station, Madurai, everyday at 10.30 a.m. until
further orders. Seeking to relax the said condition, the petitioner is before this Court with this petition.
earlier imposed by this Court would lead to further complications and the occurrence is said to have taken place at Thanjavur, this Court is not inclined to modify/relax the said condition imposed by this Court. Accordingly, this petition is dismissed.
