2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner, a senior citizen, aged about 80 years is facing difficulty in complying the condition in view of his health ailments. From the date of suspension order, he has been appearing regularly before the trial Court. Now he is under close

medical supervision and is advised to restrict movements. He is unable to move without the aid of others. Hence, prays to relax the condition.

3.The learned Special Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police submitted that the petitioner is complying with the conditions diligently.
