This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the

petitioner in Crl.O.P. No.30430 of 2024 dated 05.12.2024 that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police everyday at 06.30 p.m. until further orders.

Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offences, the condition imposed on the petitioner to report before the respondent police everyday at 06.30 p.m. until further orders in Crl. O.P.
