These petitions have been filed to modify a condition No.5(i) order

imposed in Crl.MP.No.11550/2025 in Crl.RC.No.841/2025 order dated

20.06.2025 and extend the time to deposit the cheque amount.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has

already deposited a sum of Rs.1 lakh and the petitioner is having valid defence

to prove his case. Hence, he prays to modify the conditions.
