The petitioner has been granted bail for the offences punishable under Sections 126(2), 140(3), 309(4), 319(2) @ 126(2), 140(3), 310(2) and 319(2) of BNS in Crime No.127 of 2025. Thus, the petitioner seeks relaxation for the condition that “the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders” imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.12013 of 2025, dated 22.04.2025.
