This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to relax

Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials available on record.

It is seen that while granting bail, this Court by an order dated 18.11.2024 in Crl.A.No.1336 of 2024, imposed one of the conditions that, the petitioner shall stay at Salem and report before the Inspector of Police, Salem Town Police Station, Salem on every monday at 10.00 a.m., until further orders except on the date when he has to appear appear before the trial court.
