This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed praying to relax the condition imposed by this court in Crl.O.P.No.8384 of 2025 order dated 21.03.2025 that the petitioner shall report before the Inspector of Police, Thirupattur Taluk, police station, Thirupathur district daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

The learned Government Advocate(crl.side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the petitioner is complying with the aforementioned condition regularly.

Considering the above submission, the aforementioned condition imposed against the petitioner is totally relaxed and this petition is allowed. However, the petitioner is directed to appear before the concerned police Officials as and when required for interrogation.
