The appellant as complainant filed a private complaint in S.T.C.No.4 1 of

2012 for offence under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act against

the respondents. The trial Court, by the judgment dated 19.08.2013, acquitted

the respondents, against which, the present appeal is filed.

Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for

the appellant produced a letter given by the appellant and submitted that the issue had been resolved between the appellant and the respondents. Hence, the appellant had given instructions to his counsel to withdraw the above appeal.
