This Contempt Petition has been filed complaining of wilful disobedience of the order, dated 15.03.2024, in W.P(MD)No.5671 of 2023 by the respondents.

2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents that the Writ Appeal in W.A.(MD)No. 2413 of 2025 has been preferred as against the order passed in W.P.(MD)No. 5671 of 2023 and the Hon'ble Division Bench of this Court has allowed the Writ Appeal, by quashing the impugned writ order, by order dated 21.08.2025.
