The present Contempt Petition has been filed alleging violation of the orders of this Court in W.M.P(MD) No.22852 of 2024 in W.P(MD) No.26977 of 2024, dated 13.11.2024, wherein this Court had granted an order of interim stay with regard to the order of transfer.

2. The respondent authorities submitted that the petitioner has been

permitted to join duty. However, it is the grievance of the petitioner that his salary and other allowances have not been paid. It is made clear that this issue will be subject matter of the main writ petition.
