O R D E R
This Court has only directed the contemnor to survey and pass a speaking order. The contemnor has complied with the order passed by this Court by survying the land and has stated that the extent of the land is 1994 sq.ft. Earlier, the extent of the property was measured as 2348 sq.ft. After surveying, it has been considerably reduced. Therefore, the contremnor is at liberty to impose property tax as per the latest survey, ie., for 1994 sq.ft.
2.However, the grievance of the petitioner is that still the survey ought to be conducted because the extent of the property is below 1500 sq.ft. Since it is a separate cause of action, this Court is not inclined to entertain the same in the contempt petition. The petitioner is at liberty to workout the remedy as per law. Hence, the contempt petition is closed.
