This Contempt Petition is filed to punish the contemnor/respondent for disobedience of the order of this Court made in W.P.(MD).No.8262 of 2025 dated 25.03.2025.

Since the respondent has subsequently conducted the enquiry and closed the complaint, the learned counsel for the petitioner does not wish to pursue the contempt petition. However, he seeks liberty to challenge the closure report in the manner known to law.

Accordingly, the Contempt Petition is dismissed as not pressed. The respondent shall furnish a copy of the closure report to the petitioner forthwith. It is open to the petitioner to challenge the same in the manner known to law.
