This contempt case has been filed complaining willful disobedience of
the order, dated 30.04.2024 in W.P(MD)No.10930 of 2024.
2. Mr.S.Shaji Bino, learned counsel appearing for the respondents submits that against the order of learned Single Judge, they filed writ appeal in W.A(MD)No.824 of 2025. The Division Bench of this Court vide order dated 02.04.2025 granted interim stay of the learned Single Judge while issuing notice to the respondents therein.

4. Accordingly, the contempt petition is closed.
5. It is made clear that the petitioner is at liberty to approach this Court by
