Alleging wilful disobedience of the order passed by this Court in W.P.(MD)No.4004 of 2025, this Contempt Petition has been filed.

2.When the contempt petition was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent would submit that pursuant to the direction issued by this Court in the main writ petition, the appeal submitted by the petitioner was considered and final order was passed on 21.07.2025. He also produced a copy of the order before this Court. The copy of the order was also handed over to the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner.

3.Recording the statement made by the learned Government Advocate, the contempt petition stands closed.
