The present Contempt Petition has been filed alleging violation of the orders of this Court dated 04.10.2024 made in W.M.P(MD) No. 18793 of 2024 in W.P(MD) No.22234 of 2024.

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the

interim order passed by this Court on 04.10.2024 has been complied with.

3. However, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for

the respondent pointed out that the compliance is only due to the contempt proceedings and the same shall not have any effect upon that the defence would be taken in the main writ petition.
