The present Contempt Petition has been filed alleging violation of the order of this Court, dated 03.01.2025 made in W.P(MD)No.23543 of 2024, wherein, this Court has directed the first respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 05.07.2024 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law.

2. In compliance with the order of this Court, the first respondent has passed orders on 21.06.2025 and communicated the same to the second respondent. In such circumstances, nothing survives to be adjudicated in the present contempt petition. The Contempt Petition stands closed with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the order, if any, passed by the second respondent.
