(Order of the Court was made by S.M.SUBRAMANIAM, J. )

Regarding the dispute in parking auto rickshaws nearby the bus stand,

the authorities competent conducted Peace Committee Meeting. The petitioner has also participated in the Peace Committee Meeting. It is needless to state that peace and tranquility are to be maintained amongst auto rickshaws drivers and the Police authorities have to monitor their activities, so as to ensure that no public inconvenience or obstructions to free flow of traffic is caused.

2.Since the issues have been resolved through Peace Committee

Meeting, no further consideration is required. Thus, this Contempt Petition stands closed.
