respondent has complied the order dated 06.10.2022 passed by this Court in W.P.No.26916 of 2022. With regard to the compliance of said order, the learned counsel produced a copy of the Communication dated 05.03.2025 bearing R.O.C.No.26/2018/JN5 (SCM) received by the petitioner from the respondent, before this Court.

Considering the above submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and a copy of the Communication dated 05.03.2025 produced by him, this Contempt Petition is closed and the respondent is discharged from the contempt proceedings.
