counsel appearing for the petitioner has made a statement that the order of this Court dated 03.08.2023 made in W.P. No.20882 of 2023 has been complied with and the State has issued a Government Order in G.O. (2D) No.144, Environment, Climate Change and Forest (FR.2ii) Department dated 04.12.2024 in compliance of the same. A copy of the said G.O. has been produced for the reference and perusal of the court.
