This Contempt Petition has been filed complaining wilful disobedience of the order dated 08.02.2024 in W.P. No. 6536 of 2020.

While allowing the said writ petition in-part, this Court directed

the respondents therein to settle the earned leave, unearned leave encashment and special general provident fund within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of copy of the order.

During the course of hearing today, the learned counsel appearing for the respondent has placed a copy of the proceedings dated 03.06.2025 and would submit that an amount of Rs.6,23,283/- is paid to the petitioner in compliance of the order of the Court.
