respondents for disobedience of the orders of this Court in WP.nos.25111 & 26707 of 2023 dated 14.03.2024, thereby the respondents were directed to

Cont.P.Nos.2183 & 2233 of 2025 count the petitioners’ respective service rendered in the post of B.T.Assistant

in their respective private aided school for fixation of selection grade of pay in the post of B.T.Assistant and fixed their initial pay on their respective last drawn pay and disburse the arrears of salary including the increments within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of that order.

The learned Government Advocate appearing for respondents submitted that the respondents preferred appeal against the orders of the aforementioned writ petitions and the same has been referred to Hon’be Full Bench.

In view of the above, these contempt petitions are closed at present. However, the petitioners are at liberty to revive the contempt petitions subject to the result of the appeal before the Hon’ble Full Bench of this Court.
