The learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondent submitted that as directed by this Court, the Chief Engineer, Chennai, considered the claim made by the petitioner and passed order and the same has been communicated to the petitioner by the communication dated 05.06.2025. He also produced a copy of the communication dated 05.06.2025 sent by the Chief Engineer, Chennai, before this Court.
