This Contempt Petition arises out of the order dated 25.10.2024

passed by this Court in W.P.No.31167 of 2024.

The learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned

Additional Government Pleader for the respondents are present.

The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that the respondents have complied the order dated dated 25.10.2024 passed by this Court in W.P.No.31167 of 2024. He further submitted that as per the direction issued by this Court in order dated 25.10.2024 in W.P.No.31167 of 2024, 2^nd respondent considered the petitioner's Representation dated 31.07.2024 and passed the order dated 22.11.2024 bearing Moo.Mu.4997/2024/C. He also produced a copy of the order passed by the 2^nd respondent before this Court.
