When the matter came up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner

would submit that even though time was obtained for compliance, the respondent filed an appeal in S.L.P. (Civil). No.19085 of 2025 and the same was dismissed on 25.07.2025 and thereafter, now the order has been complied.

The learned Government Advocate would submit that dehors the filing of this proceedings, simultaneously proceedings were being taken to comply with the order dated 10.04.2025 and accordingly, the order has been complied with.
