The Contempt Petition has been instituted to punish the Respondents for willfully disobeying the orders passed in the Writ Petition in W.A.No.1010 of 2022, dated 05.09.2022.

Learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents would submit that the order of this Court dated 05.09.2022 in W.A.No.1010 of 2022 has been complied with. He has also produced a copy of the proceedings issued by District Educational Officer, Ariyalur dated 18.08.2023.
