Government Pleader appearing for the respondents, on instructions, submitted that the respondents have preferred a writ appeal in W.A.No.2593 of 2025 before a Division Bench of this Court, challenging the order dated 01.02.2024 passed in W.P.No.35691 of 2023. It is further submitted that by an order dated 04.09.2025, the Division Bench has granted an order of stay of the operation of the order passed in W.P.No.35691 of 2023 dated
