All the contempt petitions have been filed to punish the respondents herein for willful and wantonly disobedience of the orders of this Court dated 25.08.2023 in WP.Nos.16853, 16866 & 16864 of 2012, thereby the respondents were directed to treat the petitioners' services as Helper from the date of their initial appointment with all monetary and service benefits.

The learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents submitted that aggrieved by the orders passed by this Court in the aforesaid
